To support agricultural education and scientific research so that people understand the importance and career opportunities available in the soybean industry.
Statement of Purpose
We believe that the application of science and technology to the soybean industry is the key to the future prosperity and sustainability of our industry. We are committed to offering programs that will actively engage the next generation in agricultural careers.
For many years the Ohio Soybean Council and the soybean checkoff have supported scientific research and educational programs that promote the long-term health of the Ohio Soybean Industry. The Ohio Soybean Council Foundation (OSCF) was established in 2007 to extend these efforts through special initiatives and endowments that advance the application of science and technology to agriculture, today and tomorrow.
The OSCF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and a public charity. Contributions to the Ohio Soybean Council Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Our programs strengthen the Ohio soybean industry and the Ohio economy. We seek partnerships with companies and individuals who share our vision for advancing the Ohio soybean industry and ensuring a successful future for Ohio soybean producers.
