Ohio Soybean Association to Elect Seven Trustees

The Ohio Soybean Association (OSA) Board of Trustee elections are open in six districts and one at-large position. To be eligible for a district position, you must live in a county in the districts listed. Any Ohio soybean farmer is eligible to run for the at-large position.

Districts up for election include:

  • District 4 – Van Wert, Paulding and Defiance Counties
  • District 6 – Crawford, Seneca and Wyandot Counties
  • District 3 – Huron, Richland, Lorain, Ashland, Medina, Cuyahoga, Summit, Lake, Geauga, Portage, Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana
  • District 5 – Allen, Hancock and Putnam
  • District 11 – Clark, Greene and Madison
  • District 14 – Fayette, Pickaway, Ross, Pike, Scioto, Hocking, Vinton, Jackson, Lawrence, Athens, Meigs, Gallia and Washington
  • At-Large – any soybean farmer in Ohio is eligible to run

Elections will take place at the OSA Annual Meeting, held in conjunction with the 2014 Ohio Grain Farmers Symposium on December 18th at the Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center in Columbus, Ohio.
